Expanding undergraduate research
The College of Governance & Public Affairs has announced a new Public Policy Research Initiative based in Jinsung Hall of Law & Governance designed to expand undergraduate participation in policy analysis and interdisciplinary research.
The initiative will bring together faculty and students from political science, economics, public administration, statistics, and related fields to examine contemporary public-policy questions through collaborative research.
Research beyond the classroom
Students participating in the initiative will have opportunities to assist with faculty projects, attend policy workshops, contribute to research briefs, and participate in public lectures hosted throughout the academic year.
The program also introduces additional pathways for students interested in government, law, public service, policy analysis, and postgraduate study.
Building connections across disciplines
The initiative will operate from the Jinsung Hall of Law & Governance while collaborating with departments across JANU.
